Agent Referral Programme Terms

1. Who can refer

Any agent with an approved SOLO agent account may participate in the Programme. Your unique referral code is your own CEA registration number. No separate code is issued.

• You may not use your own CEA registration number as a referral code.
• Each new agent may be referred once only. A CEA registration number already linked to an existing SOLO account cannot be entered as a referral at signup.
• A referral code may only be entered at the point of a new agent's signup. It cannot be added or backdated to an existing SOLO account.
• Each referring agent may accumulate a maximum of 5 referrals under this Programme, in total, for the lifetime of the Programme.

2. When a referral converts

A referral only counts toward your total once all of the following are true.

1. Approval. The referred agent creates a listing on SOLO, and that listing is approved by SOLO following the applicable owner consent or authorisation process. A listing that is never approved does not count, regardless of how long it remains posted.
2. Sustained live status. That approved listing remains live, continuously, for seven full days. If the listing is unpublished, paused, delisted, or otherwise removed from live status before the seventh day, the seven day period restarts in full from the next date it becomes live again. No partial credit is given for an interrupted period.
3. Your own activity. You must have had at least one of your own listings reach live status on SOLO at some point during the 2026 calendar year. This condition may be satisfied before, during, or after your referrals convert. The order does not matter, only that both are true.

A referral that does not meet all three conditions does not convert, and does not count toward your total, regardless of how long it has been pending.

3. Discount tiers

Your discount is based on your total number of converted referrals, capped at 5.

4. How the discount applies

• The discount applies once, to a single calendar month of billing, specifically the first paid month in which you are billed following the introduction of SOLO's paid pricing plans.
• The discount does not apply to annual billing or any annual plan, regardless of when it is purchased. It applies only to a standard monthly billing cycle.
• The discount does not recur. It is not applied to any subsequent month, regardless of your referral tier.
• The discount has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to another agent or account.
• If you have not yet reached a paid billing month at the time your referrals convert, your earned discount tier is retained on your account and will be applied automatically when your first paid billing month occurs.

5. Fair use

SOLO may void a referral, withhold or remove a discount, or suspend an agent's participation in the Programme where SOLO reasonably believes there has been:

• Use of duplicate, fraudulent, or misrepresented agent accounts.
• A listing created primarily or solely to trigger a referral reward, rather than to genuinely market a property.
• A listing for a property the agent was not authorised to market.
• Any other attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or abuse the conditions of the Programme.

Where SOLO takes any such action, SOLO will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected agents of the reason.

6. Changes to the Programme

SOLO may amend, suspend, or end the Programme, or these terms, at any time. Referrals that have already converted and had a discount tier locked in at the time of any such change will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time they converted. Where reasonably practicable, SOLO will provide advance notice of material changes to the Programme.

7. About SOLO

SOLO is a technology platform, not a licensed estate agent. SOLO facilitates property listings and connects buyers, sellers, and CEA licensed agents, and does not itself represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes arising from the Programme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
