Privacy for your seller

The unit number is never published. It is released only to the confirmed buyer, shortly before the appointment, at the reveal time set on the listing, and to nobody else. Your seller's exact address is not floating around in a public listing, and for landed homes the exact address is never shown at all, only the general area and an approximate map circle.

One calendar across every listing

The viewings screen shows every appointment across every property you manage, upcoming and past, with the buyer's name, their verification status and a direct link into the conversation. A slot that is booked on one listing is automatically blocked on the others, so you cannot be double booked at the same address or at the same hour.

Common questions

Can I still arrange a viewing manually?
Yes. You can add an appointment yourself from the viewings screen and it behaves exactly like a buyer booked one, including reminders.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling from the viewings screen notifies the buyer on WhatsApp and by email straight away with your reason, and the slot returns to your availability.
